Thought id share with you all of my garden and this is the front as you can see a work in progress. As in the back garden we are using pallets for certain parts of it which are an arch, trellising fencing to hide the bins, the garden was on a steep slope so we have leveled it out into steps which have flower beds also made of the pallets, has been hard going out there as most of the soil is clay, not to easy to work with ! hope these pictures give you some idea of what we are trying to acheive !

If its ends up like the back garden then it will be smashing, keep up the hard work and looking forward to seeing the pics as you go along.....

This is looking really interesting W! Where do you get the pallets from? You both should be very proud of yourselves, everything looks very well made! Its lovely the way you have split up your garden too, it makes it look huge! Have you started to collect plants yet for the front garden? What do you think you'd like to plant, I'm sure your Mum will have a say too! It's coming on great W, keep up the good work!

Very well done - what a good way of recycling pallets - you have certainly made excellent use of them and it looks so neat.

Wow - that's going to look terrific when it's finished. Keep taking photos - it will remind what you have achieved when the going gets tough

The front is taking shape nicely, D. It makes it very interesting to have photos of a work in progress and especially when you're being inventive and on a budget. It is amazing what you've achieved with very little outlay of money. Good for you!

I really like the Lavender and Heuchera plants next to the steps - framing them with the wood really looks smart. May have to pinch that idea for my garden!
