Suprisingly, my last blog was over a year ago!! How time flies…. The new job didnt work out as I had hoped but I developed in many ways while I was away from home…. Now, after five months of working towards my new venture, I have a small catering business based at home called Captains Den www.captains-den.co.uk
My garden produce has been used in many recipes and I hope 2011 crops will yield many delightful flavours for me to experiment with! ;-)
