'Devonia' is open again

Just a quick note to anyone in the Bracknell area to let you know we are opening again under The National Garden Scheme (Yellow Book) next weekend.
We are open on Saturday 30th April, 2 to 5pm. Note it’s a Saturday this year, not a Sunday. We have hired the local Community Centre for parking, teas, and the sale of plants and produce, and it is not available on Sundays.
Three gardens are open – ‘Devonia’, 24 Lysander Drive (Best Bracknell Front Garden in 2014), and 10 Shaftesbury Close, along with Glenwood Allotments. All are within reasonable walking distance of the Community Centre. Entry fee is £5 to cover them all. Also, on the way to 24 Lysander Drive, you will pass another garden that won last year’s Best Front Garden.

Tell me about it! All the major jobs are now done though. Not helped by taking a day off on Friday to go to an aunt's funeral in Wales (although it was good to see family members again). But it rained on Friday so I wouldn't have been out there anyway.

We ended up in Bracknell this weekend went to Oaktree GC for lunch and came away with two lovely plants,then trying to get back to Headley we were stuck on the M4 for two hours because of a serious accident, traffic at a standstill.....nightmare!!
