Hi everyone
Sorry i’ve been away so long problems with internet as in my computer ka put got new one now internet back on and now got cam so shall be putting pics on soon if i can work out how!
Had few problems at home too have become single mum it sucks was a shock and not a happy bunny, neither are the girls but we’ll get through i’m sure.
Got out in the garden last week end was bliss helps with getting head straight. I’ve planted a whole host of summer bulbs, dug up the dog daisy which was trying to take over the garden if not the world. Cabbages are doing great thought i’d lost them but they have come back fighting so has the purple broc although this looks a little less happy.
Going to try the peas again so wish me luck.
I’m losing my battle against this yellow plant which is again having a good go at growing everywhere i have no idea what it is looks at little like a butter cup flower but almost ivy like leaves small and delicate. I’ll try and get a picture on if any one has any ideas how to get ride or at least control it would be a help. There nice i just don’t want it all over its even in the edges of the lawn.
Hope everyone ok.

Nice to have you back. Good luck with your peas.
Sorry to hear of your family problems. It can't be easy for you now. Maybe this site might help a bit.
I think maybe the little yellow flower that's trying to colonise your garden may be a Lesser Celandine.

Sounds like a Celandine to me. Grow everywhere but are very pretty flowers and leaves. Good luck with the garden and everything else.

Hi Fifi nice to have you back, like you say time is a great healer, i've been on my own for quite a few years and have to admit i love it, it's just a bit hard when you need a bit of man power. Keep your chin up all the best.

From what I've learnt over the short time I have been a member of GOY, you won't find a nicer bunch of people anywhere. Hopefully you'll find some comfort in their suppot.
All the best to you for you and your girl's future.

Thank you so much for your support i'm tempted to say who needs men anyway but i run the risk of offending a vast amount of my GOY friends.

HI Fifi,
Welcome back. Sounds like computers are the least of your worries at the moment. Hope things work out and your luck changes. Spending time with your family and with the distraction of the garden can be valuable therapy, Getting back to basics and time heals many wounds.
All the best.
