New purchase

I just wanted to show these pocket size Burgon & Ball pocket pruners I recently purchased. I am delighted with them! As I’m a petite build I find the standard size secateurs quite hard to operate with one hand so these are exactly what I’m after. They were £15 and the only thing I’d change would be the colours of the handles- they need to be bright for me so I can find them again in the garden!!

Bloomer- that's a good idea! Never thought of that. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have a pair of these as I have smallish hands. they are brilliant. I put bright ribbon on them so I can spot them when I have laid them down.

I agree...they all seem to have green handles and they disappear when dropped in the grass or at the bottom of a basket... bright red, or electric blue, that's what we need. I have two hands which are sore after a day of using a lawn mower, a weedeater, loppers and pruners. I have many pairs of pruners, all old as Methusela, so maybe I should treat myself to a pair?

Nice you were able to find some that are comfortable to use,and maybe you could do what my OH did with mine,to be able to see where I'd left them..far too many times :o) He put brightly coloured sticky tape round the lower part of the handles, and the same with trowels! ..Not shades of green,I might add ..reds,and yellows are good..
