Working Towards A Healthy Habitat

Hello GOYers. It’s been a while since I dropped by. It’s amazing how busy life can get sometimes, and I have been rather remiss with keeping up with this fabulous site.
Anyway, I thought I’d drop by and fill you in on our latest project here in my north-eastern corner of Oz. It’s going to be a major undertaking, but we feel it’s much-needed and very timely.
We’ve joined a program that encourages sustainable management of semi-rural areas, through the protection of the bushland, the creeks and the river in our little corner of the north-east.
Here’s the link to my own blog where my latest post tells the story of our first step on a new journey:
Working Towards A Healthy Habitat
I’m also including the following link to my latest Garden Journal entry for anyone who wants to see what’s been going on around my place:

Thanks Homebird. Yes it's going to be a huge job, and an on-going job, but we're hoping it will create a much healthier habitat for the creatures and the environment around here.
