Thank you Sarah, it's amazing really that I've bought so many plants but its still not full !

Your plants will spread out Gina, Give them space and fill the gaps with Annuals, love your raised beds and the rocks/boulders, also the slate (looks like slate) round the pond, your garden will have a fuller lusher look in a couple of weeks, once the weather warms up proper :)

Looks fantastic! I love the step up to the arch it really draws the eye. If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your recliners? I need to find a good comfy chair for my OH to sit out as she has spinal problems and our bench is just too unforgiving. Thanks :)

Thanks Red, to be honest I can't remember where I bought the recliners, I do all my shopping online, but if I remember I'll let you know.
Dee yes rain here too but it didn't stop them, they arrived at 8 and had the shed , trellis and plants down by 1, they couldn't start the fencing because of the rain. Look out for my blog cos I need some advice from everyone.

Booboo you have done a really good job so far, I love the use of those rocks and your pond. It looks as if you have also got a good backdrop of trees at the top end beyond the trellis it will be interesting to see the second stage of your garden.

very nicely done, love your sitting out area.
Hope you are able to find some more plants you like and that the garden gets a few sun-baked days!
