Sparrows on the up

We seem to have had a lot more sparrows this week in our front garden. Not the same as one or two are bigger. I assume they are tree & house ones.
Funny . We don’t mind birds pecking the odd bit or 2 but as for a nasty snail or slug ….get off or out!

Yes, plenty of Sparrows here too. Not as many as at my last garden but more than we had here last year.
Someone on our local Facebook community page 'Caring About Rochford' has posted a picture of a flock of Starlings in his garden and one of the young ones is white....I have never seen this before!

Lots more sparrows here in the Midlands this year.
Years ago there were hundreds about but they seemed to disappear nice to see a few more again just wish the Wood pigeons would disappear.

i too have noticed more sparrows here in ny i have a few bird houses and they are using them they are in the purple martin house i have since there are no more purple martins here
