Hi there, thanks to every one that sent tips on moving my Grandmother s
peony.I did it, but it all fell apart, I have planted the tubers, in different positions.I am now on peony watch,I just hope it does not die,I will be so upset.Hope to take photos and post on here soon, once i have learned to use the camera,Im a bit of a techno phobic.Kind regards to all

There is plenty of time yet for the tubers to show. You may well find that you now have several peony rather than just the one.

I'm sure they will come up fine,you have after all just 'divided' them.I tried to get rid of some in my garden they seemed to take up too much room.They were so well established the remnants sprouted again the following year.I felt so bad I didn't have the heart to get rid of them again :)

I hope the replanting is successful.
Your grandmother would know are trying your best.
Maybe several tubers will shoot up strongly :o)
