Hi Snoopdog, they were certainly there, quite a few in tents in Kos Town did feel a little strange having to go past them but we didnt see any trouble, we were staying about 2km from there so didn't see any where we were staying, but were told that lots kept arriving early mornings and then a large ferry came to take quite a few away, shame for the migrants but also shame for the island they reckon a lot of holidays have been cancelled.

How fortunate for you. The pics look fabulous. That coastline is breathtaking - the shops too.

Oh yes heard about the storms etc at least we bought a little sunshine back with us, my auntie asked me to lol been quite nice here today :)

Thanks Bathgate, we have been 3 years running as the apartments owners very friendly and made lots of friends who return also, the island is lovely and not too large so you can visit all the resorts in a car in one day, we love it anyway :))
