Its hard to find a jobbing gardener at this time of year.

When one is disabled , its harder.
I have thought of a solution that works.
I asked for help one hour a week for £15.
Planned to have several, at variable times during the week. Give them one job, watch them to make sure no cheating, make sure its done to my satisfaction.
Good money, but gardeners are tradespeople.
They know plants and weeds. They know how to dig properly. That is their value.
I had a neighbour come and ask me for a job. !
Then I realised. Everything is growing this time of year.
Therefore genuine gardeners are fully occupied with their
own gardens.
So now I know they will come and do an hour for a bit of extra money, that is what they can spare, but that is their worth.
Recommend.
