I have been bisy making sure all my animals are warm during the cold spell
I have brought the small birds in for the winter
I have put up 5 by 10 inches of plastic panels all around the avairy it has taken 9 in all and is lovely and cosy inside
This is Daisy the rabbits house for the winter She is in the indoor avairy as it has a heater in side and she can run around enjoying herself
The chucks have loads of clean straw to keep them warm

Hi Moon grower yes I do agree I have my hen house open during the day and it leeds into the forest The hens can dig around all day then they go in a teatime when I go and close them in for the night for safe keeping.they love to dig up the forest and dig up all the leaves looking for insects. They only have about 100 acreas to streach there little legs in LOL

However bad the weather I hope you will give the hens access to the great outdoors - it really is important for them. Otherwise looks like you've got your animals all set up!
