Lovely garden donna. Shame about the fog - it does look chilly! We sometimes wake up here to look out of the window and find that "everything's gone." In our case it's not fog but low-lying cloud and once the sun gets a hold it disappears and usually becomes a very warm day. Hope your weather warms up. :o)

Brrr.... I almost feel guilty cos here in Rome we're at 20° and Spring has certainly blown 'her clarion' through the sleeping earth. I must say though the rising Fog over your lovely garden is very suggestive,,,it reminds me of something Sylvia Plath wrote "...as petals of a rose close when the garden Stiffens" She was obviously thinking of the lines of Louis Mac-Neice which are I like very much and are very reminiscent of your picture: "The sunlight on the garden hardens and grows cold / You cannot cage the minute within its nets of gold." Ciao to all my friends! Alex

It has said on our local news station Look North that it is a sea fret, now I live 65 miles from the north sea and have never seen this before. The midday temperature only got up to 8 deg C when the rest of the UK was basking in 15-16.
It may have been my fault, I was actually considering a BBQ on Sunday.
Sorry!!
PS your garden looks good in the fog. Mine looks better in the dark.
