Well it was nice and dry/sunny this afternoon and so i had a chance to clip the photinia robin hedge in front of the pool,

It was a shame really to trim it as it was all red and looked really nice “But” to keep it happy and keep it to size the electric hedge trimmers came out.

The birds have been singing away all afternoon and its nice to hear them “feels all summery”.

We did go to a “brocante” this morning and i got a nice pair of tractor mirror’s with frames for 4 euro, im really pleased with that price as the fitted mirrors on my tractor are the type that dont stick out enough and when ive a trailer on the back i cant see enough
So these are just what Ive been looking for.

It was a good “brocante” (carboot) and lot of interesting stalls,
I find nothing more annoying when you go to these sale’s and its full of new stalls selling brand new stuff.

It takes the fun out of it all.

I did see one stall selling kittens, im not happy with these stalls because you dont know anything about the kittens ie age and if they’ve been sorted ref having more kittens?
But they seem to be selling and when we passed that stall on the way out!!
only two kittens left out of 6.(lets hope they go to a good home)

I didnt see much garden stuff today “but” i did see lots of these peddle things to keep you fit and i do mean lots about 12 sets in all and this wasn’t a big affair.

It’s when you walk around such events that you can see how the economic state of affairs has effected the mothers with young children,
We saw stall after stall of young babies clothing,
and i noticed little tiny shoe’s that had no chance of ever being worn out but they’re a costly item knew and being sold for pennies, same as clothing for young children,
All these cost a small fortune knew but your lucky to sell for pennies if you can sell them at all, Ladies dont seem to want their babies in used clothing.

But ref some gardening items "ive noticed the camera situation on these events is good, lots being sold very cheap and good makes, So if you after a camera for you garden snaps ???

Well the weather forcast for this week here is dry and infact thursday is going tobe 24deg so if this happens it’ll be shirts off and on with the shorts.

So i’ll be hitting those weed and giving the border’s a tilth with the “Mantis” and getting the verious home grown plants a new home from the greenhouse to the bedding areas and im sure your going to do the same.

Well good gardening to you all.

I love trailing round the car boot sales or antique fairs here, but I know what you mean about them selling new items...spoils the fun! Lovely weather here today too, didn`t want to go to work this morning I can tell you!
