FROZEN PLANET

Snow here still, sadly no room for a stream so I`ll have to make do with my ponds.
They are fabulous photo`s, you`re not tempted to have a paddle then, lol...

Brrrrr! That does look cold! I may be saying this too soon ...... but I think all the cold must have got used up before it reached us here in 'sunny' Spain! All we had was 2" of snow that disappeared with the rain after a few days when we normally get piles of the stuff! Not that I'm complaining! But now I've opened my big mouth, I bet we get bucket-loads!

Thanks for the comments....Excursions are limited to a brisk walk and getting more logs down to the house. However, we're visiting the UK next week (sadly it's for a funeral) so things should be warmer there??

Didn't I say I shouldn't have opened my big mouth?? We've just had loads more snow complete with dropping temperatures! I resign!

Depends where abouts you are in UK , Ex-y , lots of variations . We tried to go for a walk over our common the day before yesterday ; well apart from trying to stay in the vertical , our jaws started to freeze , something not experienced since our first winter in Germany , many years ago !
Yesterday and today it is so dull out there it is uninviting ; a beckon for indoor pursuits if ever there was !
Nariz , we just have to sit it out , all of us (in our ice-palaces) it can't last for too long , can it ?
Just stay warm !
