Just browsing the BBC pages, and found this: how to identify butterfly species by wing markings. Mot of you probably know how to do this, but this for those uf us who don’t!

probably, Diane, but I'm visually impaired and can't read some books because of the typeface and font size, and those that I can aren't easy. with the website, I can zoom right in. Though mind you, taking a desktop PC on a walk in case I see any butterflies might be a bit difficult!
