Really a very nice lad! I am surprised, as the pot looks quite small. Or is it just illusion of the photo?
May I ask which side of the house is this?

17 Jul, 2012

Its a bit set on wide angle Kata, but the pot is actually very big, I'll put a pic on or do a blog soon so you can see.
The door is my front door and the wall to the right is my neighbour

17 Jul, 2012

I meant on what world side is it oriented - north, east?

18 Jul, 2012

The door wall and front faces S/SW Kata so plenty of light and a bit of shelter too : )

18 Jul, 2012

Hm. Strange. As Acers usually do not like this side. It is too hot and too sunny.

18 Jul, 2012

Its in a shady spot in the morning and only gets the sun when it has moved around in the afternoon so when the sun is up and then getting softer as the afternoon goes on.
So not too hot.

18 Jul, 2012

I cant imagine it looking any better or happier than this so it must like it there!

18 Jul, 2012

Now that's what I call stunning!! i have a Sangokaku (Sensaki) at the front of my house, just like you. It's probably half the size. I've now got something to aim for!!
