I wish I had planted one too, love the smell. I saw one in the lakes last year, it had been topiarised, still covered in flowers, very effective.

It's one of those plants I don't really love, but couldn't be without for the winter flowers! Yours is looking really healthy! I've seen some great topiarised ones on here Lulu. I'm going to prune mine as it grows.

No, I'll just go with it...keep pruning the bottom growth off a la 'cloud prune' idea.

Ours is over 20yrs old to late to shape now .
But we keep it well pruned and its yes fantastic winter colour.

I bet yours is a good size then Kath! Sweater finished! I didn't bother to do the button hole as it didn't need it. Wore it yesterday....really cosy and comfy and plenty of room in it..great with leggings!
