They are great Sue. Last year I was lucky enough to witness lots of activity around one of mine when the bees emerged.

Fantastic photo....can i ask which type of bee house do you have?

21 Jul, 2010

hi Jem i bought the bee box from morrisons.it was £4.its just a wooden box in the shape of an house, which is filled with bamboo canes that have been hollowed out.you can buy them online and in pet shops, but they are a bit more expensive.the bees have now used 20 of the holes,i am looking forward to the new arrivals,i really feel like a mum to bee,lol
