I do like this idea of using a cut-off as a planter for your heuchera....I'll have to be on the lookout for wood to enhance our garden soon. Beautiful, Fabrice.

Tell you what Wlass, you could pop up here and have a few fallen trees very easily. It's going to take the council weeks to clear up all the fallen trees on the roadsides. Terrible it is, really sad.

Yes Karen, I read on your Chelsea blog about all the downed trees...it is sad to see the destruction. I remember as a child we had a hurricane and I slept through the whole thing and awoke in the morning to sounds of chainsaws as men were trying to clear the roads of fallen trees...it did look like a jungle! And it takes such a long time for trees to replenish the destroyed areas.
