Yes there seems to be quite a few Blackbirds around here too. We have a Sparrow hawk around here, but I suppose that's nature, it's got to eat.

I heard the Blackbirds early this morning as part of the dawn chorus . . . beautiful start to the day.

he is a handsome chap.
sadly we lost one to the sparrow hawk but we still have at least 9 hounding us for food.
