Early summer downunder:  Pentas in bloom (Pentas lanceolata)

The pentas are just loving the heat and sun at the moment and are really taking off at last!

They are pretty Bernieh. I've tried to grow them here but they don't do very well.((:

That's a shame Amblealice - I've always grown them in all my gardens ... but this bed was only planted up back in autumn, so they'll do well after their first summer ... they love the heat and the full sun.
