now ive seen your pond and the cobbles and them horrible slabs you just got to cement some cobbles in place and cut some lawn out wear the slabs are . you have very good taste it looks lovley xx .
i bet you have great taste in friends to lol even if the odd one is maybe a nutter lol xx .

Sounds like a good idea Leigh and i have a good friend who specialises in concrete lol, i would have to get a load more cobbles to cover all the slabs and bribe my friend to come over and do it, shouldnt be difficult he he. Glad you like it xx

just flutter ya eyelids skillen and just start bullying as you do if that doesnt work lol . the slabs have got to come up i swear its a piece of cake if your quite strong. tap them with a rubber mallet and move them back and forth and theyl come out easy . then get your friend to do round were the slabs were just like the cobbles are round the pond .youl have to cut into the lawn i think but it will look great.you could even cut the lawn out there and have a cobbled floor there if it would nt be to slippy. or flatish natural stones cut into the lawn . you dont need to cement the stones thow i guess i just think they mite look cool different sizes .xx

Oh i thought you meant cement the cobbles on to the front of the slabs, that sounds an even better idea taking them away altogether. I think you missed the point about my friend though as you are the only person i know who specialises in concrete lol,I think this is one of my favourite pictures of the garden.xx

yes it is realy nice but your whole garden has a great feal and look to it . no we missunderstould each other . them slabs have got to go even if you just break them ground level . ill do it if i can manage to get up your way for a few days somehow . i just dont know who i can trust to look after the hounds but ill figure it out in the end .bye for now my love xx.

i think you could take out the old slabs and do a sikiler thing round the flower bed in cobbles as youve done round the pond with know cement .

I think it looks perfect. There is a definite tropical feel to it Skillen....fantastic!
