That is a climbing rose Terratoonie but Im afraid I cant tell you what the name is! I moved it from the arch when we moved in here to make way for my Wisteria.

The colours of the !!! actually it isnt a cordyline is it Ive just remembered its a phormium isnt it!! sorry about that put it down to my age!!
