Thank you for making us both so welcome,Val.It was lovely to meet you and your husband, and nice we had a good chat, and a laugh.Thank you for coffee,it was much appreciated, and we really enjoyed your company, and hospitality. You have a lovely home, and great views too.
I hope we can meet up again too,its lovely to be able to get to know GoY members, and thank you for the packets of seeds.:o).I have just googled one of them,,so I will try my best to show you the results..Our daughter and Thomas arrived at Morrisons just as we did..good timing !
Had a nice sandwich there again. They had some 6 packs of trailing Fuchsias on offer,at £2 per punnet..looked in good condition, but I actually resisted..must be ill! Lol.I am waiting to see if my stick like ones start growing first..take care,..and watch out for that " Window Cleaner".Lol.xx

We both loved your company, thank you, will be nice to meet up again, so you timed it just right getting to Morrisons, I will take a look at the trailing fushcias on Thursday, they would look nice in the pots along the back wall, yes, we are keeping an eye out for the window cleaner !! have a nice day Thursday, hope to meet up again very soon,

Good idea for the Fuchsia's ,Val.There were two different varieties, but the same in each punnet. Those 'mixed grill' Pizzas are still on offer..2 for £4..and they do both ,thin ,or thick bases...Having one for tea :o).We will have a nice day on Thursday, thank you..

What a lovely warming present from Bloomer lovely to hear you ve had a nice day, those blue Hycinths will soon be blooming.

8 Mar, 2011

I've put a 'Like' to this pic as I think it's great you and Bloomer have met up, not because of the Grape Hyacinths, hate them!! Sure you don't want some of mine ...... lol!

8 Mar, 2011

Lol,Shirley..haven't you got rid of them yet ? You are certainly a trier,I'll give you that....please someone, take pity on her,and have some of her Grape Hyacinths,or she will never be happy...I think they are pretty,so there .Lol.

8 Mar, 2011

Oh, I can be very trying!! The strange thing is though, when we moved here ten years ago, the garden was pretty much laid to lawn, just one long flower border across the garden. There were just two Camellias and nothing else! Those Grape Hyacinths must have been lying low for a few years, then decided to torment me by popping up the whole length of the border. Grrr ......

So pleased you met up with Bloomer and Russell great couple, we have mutual friends now as well as mutual pastimes, its really nice to meet Goy friends in person, but then we Northern folk are reknown for our friendly ways ;0)

8 Mar, 2011

It was me who put them there Shirley..just to get you going! They are certainly a good 'doer' aren't they?Value for money,I'd say..:o)

8 Mar, 2011

Don't push it ... I know where you live ... another parcel could be with you soon! lol : o ))))

8 Mar, 2011

We were pleased to meet up with Val and Ralph too..and looking forward to meeting you and Harry on Thursday..what a lovely week...It doesn't get much better ,than meeting mutual friends ...shame you don't live nearer Shirley..that would be good fun,..wonder if the pub could cope with us all :o)

8 Mar, 2011
