Yorkshire, you should be able to get this variety easily, by mail order or online. I was pleased to find a pack of 5 tubers at Homebase at the beginning of the year for £1.99 (great if you have space for only a handful). After the main buying period, they reduced them to 50p! By then, the tubers had long white shoots, but you just cut these off and start the chitting process again. Just means that these First Earlies then become Main Crop. I find, however, that chains like Homebase don't often repeat what they sell from one year to the next..

If you want seed potatoes of this variety next year - just let me know. A very local GC stocks a huge variety of tubers every year, including this one. This is the same GC where I bought my hessian potato sacks for 20p (our harvest now stored in one in the shed). A local man, Alan Romans, is an authority on potatoes. After my first order online (with excessve amounts and postage costs), I discovered that he is only 3 miles away. I have now met him once or twice, and can order, uplift, and probably save on the websiote's postage!

They do a lot of heritage varieties, and flower stutff, too. Many are Thompson&Morgan seed, but you can get them for 50p a packet!
