Happy Spring! (old photo because MY CAMERA HAS DIED!)

Oh poor you - have you tried resuscitation or is it really beyond hope? (You haven't dropped it down the toilet like I did, have you?) Photographs or not I hope you enjoy some warm spring days and the old photo is lovely anyway.

Having read up on it I think the appature is not opening anymore, which sometimes seems just happens out of the blue with this particular camera as it ages.
Frustrating thing is the first two flowers are out in my garden today, two beautiful miniature iris! Hoping I can persuade my daughter to take a picture for me with her camera. It didn't go down a toilet (to the best of my knowledge!) but my son did take it up north on a road trip with his buddies so who knows?

The photo of the hyacinths is certainly a lovely impression of spring Gillian. Bet they smelt lovely when they were out.
Please pass my good wishes onto your camera. I hope it gets better soon.

So sorry on your loss of a dear sidekick - between my cameras & binoculars I feel incomplete when they are not around. Hope you can manage a replacement soon. Happy Spring !!

Checked out a few places on the internet talking about the same problem my camera has, and it is commonly called the "Black screen of death", thinking this is not looking too hopeful!

That sounds very nasty, Gillian, hope its not caching, could sweep the coutry like Dutch Elm disease. lol
