They could come in green for the garden, blue for a boy, pink for a girl. I do admire people who can make things a good as this.

DRc, well to be honest I hadn't had disabled gardeners in mind. But an excellent observation.
For a person who has a disability the height is whatever you want for your purpose. It can be as long as your chosen uprights or as low as you like if perhaps you use a wheelchair
You can chose large heavy pallets if you want it supper solid and permanent or like this light ones so its easy to move
This one is made for my height.
One tip i would say to get the right height is to stand, arms by sides and put your hands flat, palms facing floor and thats about the top height you want.
This is important as you dont wanna be leaning over forward, even slightly as it'll make your back ache so I add half an inch to that so i am stood back straight.
correct answer coming in a couple of days ; )
(If there's any localish person who has a disability and could really use one, i'll do you a bespoke one for free ok)

I know! Its a wee house for Gingernuts! you are going to add a roof?
1 Jul, 2012
Thats a great offer Stevie, I would love a staging table like that with a potting shed to house it.
1 Jul, 2012
Is it a moveable potting up table with wheels, compost & pots underneath and plants on top, and able to move it to wherever you need it?
1 Jul, 2012
What ever it is you've made a good job of it :)

I suggested a house for gingernuts ..but alas it was wrong..IDK..maybe he is going to set up a stall down the road and sell veg? or clems! or gingernuts lol
2 Jul, 2012
sell gingernuts??? he would have to be caught and taken out of his box first!!!
perhaps there are enough snail babies to sell now?
oh i just thought perhaps its going to be a house for that naughty chicken that wandered in stevie's house?
2 Jul, 2012

Late arriving .....Bad back and pies slow me down..Tis a fine utilitarian bench. I could dangle Bruces legs there and shower him down.
But my keen eye spots a tool box on wheels to the left...Close up Pics please with instructions.
3 Jul, 2012
pies????
sorry about your back pimms, now a bench like this might help cos you wouldnt have to bend down at all!!
3 Jul, 2012
Aha..will go look Stevie..sorry was away yesterday :)
4 Jul, 2012
Pimper, are you carrying or eating those pies? well those boxes are ikea ones. got a 4 pack of wheels n screwed them on basically. easier juts to trundle the toolbox out and outside if i need to do something on the car or as you see here in the kitchen ; ) Its basically the toolbox sitting in it with some heavier and bits n bobs underneath
4 Jul, 2012
