Plums on my Wild fruit Tree

This is the first year that I have had plums growing and although they are small they are sweet and juicy, I have made and eaten two of Shirleys Plum Cakes and have three bags in the freezer, hoping to get the last of them off on Monday to take to my friend along with the Plum Cake recipie

It's been a good tree for you Carole , it's so nice to be able to use your own plums and a treat in the winter when you use them ........

I had no plums this year as we pruned the tree but hoping for lots next year they are Victoria ones and gorgeous, the tree is quite old as it was here when we moved in 21 years ago!! Thats what i call value for money!!
