Very nice! Is this the house that sadly you'll be leaving? :(

It is Severn but I will look for another garden with a bit of interest :o))

I'm sure you will find it Annella. I was going to look through your pics, are comments still valid, don't know if I'd want them if I was leaving.

Comments are good 7, I'm not sad about leaving. My ex left 9 years ago now and I bought the house so the kids had some stability while still at school. Sizing down means I will have a lot more money to play with, garden centres, holidays etc....Lol

That's great Annella, I'm glad for you. Whenever someone's moving these days one half expects the worst. Are you using property searches? As this was my first house and I had never had a garden to get the bug, when it asked for my priorities I didn't put garden as a particular one only that it should have one. Not that I plan to move but I wonder what it would be like to search with the knowledge I now have about space and conditions. It would be so different an approach. No regrets at all though...

Property searches are brilliant, it saves so much time. I look at the garden pics first and if they are ok I check the house! It took 12 months to find this house the old way and estate agents could never get that the garden was most important.

Good luck, but it does sound like you'll be fine anyway ;)

Thanks :o))
