2inch gaps where the skirtings were, & they put the units in front of them! They refused point blank to fill them in!

I would get the rep from the HA out and refuse to let him go until he agrees to do something. That must be f-f-f-freezing!

They wont do it either!! I'm TRYING to sort it myself, but my arms arent long enough to get to the back of the units! Its like a sodding windtunnel!
