This is superb Spritz...think it worked so well partly because you packed all the plants in ! Very dramatic !

First the howling winds awoke us,
Then the rains came down to soak us.
Now before the mind can focus —
Crocus.

That's a lovely poem, Elke! It's spot on where our weather is concerned, too. LOL.

Thanks, Linda. I hope it gives you as much pleasure as my two do (yes, I went and got another one as I liked it so much!)

Put my shrub in a white pot out the front in the beach area. Started to plant some sedums along the edge bordering next door.

I will Spritz. The seedlings are coing along nicely in the greenhouse although I have found one or two gone off as this greenhouse doesn't get the sun all day like my other one so I shall have to let things dry out more because their roots are sitting in soggy compost, I shall learn how to control the watering in time though. I bought three clematis and they are in pots now. two out the front and one at the back. I thought about putting up half a fence on the veg patch line where the patio is going to be and have half trellis to grow the other clematis on. It's a spring flowering one with small shapely curvey leaves. I had to put the compost bin on the small flowerbed that we have because there is nowhere else to put it so I thought I'd upturn the lid and put a pot of something that trails to grow and cover some of it.
