It was dead easy to make. Just cheap decking boards from B&Q cut to make the right sized frame for those porous liners for raised beds on patios.

I made some half hoops keep the fleece off the plants (pvc drainage pipe stuck onto bamboo canes) and covered the containers after Christmas and they have gone on producing leaves for most of the winter.
A couple of the lettuces died, but the spinach and chard just went into hibernation during the cold snaps and burst back into growth as soon as things warmed up a bit. That wall behind them faces south west, so it's quite a sheltered spot.
