Thanks Ange. Unfortunately I’m not too sure..it’s been on the lower bund for many years. I know it’s a Palmatum but apologies not sure of the actual name. It’s doing well, but, very slow to grow. Possibly the position as it’s quite vertical.

I have got the "want-and-need-it"s (as my daughter used to demand when she was a 2-year-old) where acers are concerned. Don't think I have room for any more though... the winter greenhouse is full!
