My White Desert Rose flowers are fading to a pastel pink, which is typical of this unknown variety. Photo taken July 17, 2011.

Yes, it would love the extreme heat you've been getting there in Corfu.
Adenium is one plant which can tolerate very intense sun and extreme heat without being burned.

I think I'm going to order seeds for this plant. Is this going to be another one to bring indoors Delonix???

Yes, Adenium obesum is tropical. It grows well here...as I've had mine outdoors since I purchased it about 7 years ago. It's more tender than Plumeria, however, likes about the same cultural conditions.
