The clumps largest stem sends up blooms taller than me at 5' 9".

That’s small! 😂. I’ve seen some in Balboa Park last week much taller. So many Aloe in flower right now. Many Aloe bainesii are in full bloom right now, also. For some reason many A. bainesii trees don’t bloom every year here. The many hundreds of other species bloom reliably every year.

Taller Moonglow? I know other Aloe species can clump taller and larger but I think my Aloe Moonglow has reached maximum height.

Yes, some of the Aloes in the dry garden of Balboa Park go back to the 60’s and 70’s, they’re old and very large. Some of the Euphorbia ingens and ammak are 30 ft tall, also.
