TT - this is a little woodland anemone. It wants a moist, humus-rich soil in part shade (although it can tolerate dried conditions in the summer when it is dormant). No more than six inches tall, but may form a small clump about a foot across. You could tuck it on the shady side of a deciduous shrub, and top dress with garden compost annually in early spring
