Lemon tree, will they stay on....thats the question?

OOOh Dotty....Mine always get this far and then fall off before the winter is out... Orange always does fine, but dont seem to be able to raise a lemon.......

Milky will let you know, it really needed re-potting, but could risk it, so top dressed with citrus compost, still feeding it (when I remember) will have to try an orange, which variety do you think M.?
