Eupatorium maculatum

Eupatorium maculatum (Eupatorium ligustrinum)

This plant did prove to be hardy, as it came through last winter!

Lovely. Mine came up and looked very promising but then disappeared. No idea what happened to it. I hope it comes back next year.

So do I! I was warned by several people when I got this last autumn that it wasn't hardy - but here it is!

How tall is it spritz? I know some of the eupatoriums can be thugs - is this one?

Definitely not, Andrew. It has stayed in one place. It's about 2'6" I suppose.

Oh dear, Toto - you know what I think of them, don't you? Did you get it as a 'young plant'?? :-((
