TT - my garrya doesn't flower every year either. My friend Gill has the same 'problem' so I don't think it's anything you're doing. And have you tried telling it to pull its socks up or else?

Thanks Andrew ... I'll talk to it nicely.
I even have an established JR Junior which I grew about 3 years ago from a cutting off the main shrub, and planted Junior my front garden. Junior has had no pruning yet, but no flowers at all.

My JR hasn't flowered for a couple of years ... I prune it in springtime .. any further ideas please Andrew ?
