Thanks -I'm glad it was this one that came up, not an awful garish orange and yellow one! They were the remnants of a free bag of bulbs I got when I joined the RHS some years ago.

it is a stunner, That would have garden space in mine. do you lift the corms or can you leave them in the ground.

Leave them - this is the last survivor from a mixed pack the RHS sent me when I joined. I don't really think it'll survive this winter. :-(
