That is really lovely, I am hoping I can pamper mine into flowering, it is a Coronarium has lovely leaves but no flowers as yet!!

I just got another one with .A Hedychium "orange" flowers I havent got a species name . when it flowers nrxt christmas I may be able to get the species name.

Where do you buy them from Pitta garden centers, market ,? I bought mine from a car boot I had never seen them before.

this is such a great ginger, personally i think its the strongest smelling one, when they bloom you can smell them yards away!!! great cut flowers too!!!

It does have a great perfume . I rarely pick flowers I prefer to enjoy them in the garden .

Lovely flower, Pitta! I'm going to try and get one. Is it hardy? I remember seeing something like this in my uncle's garden in India many years ago when I was a child. The climate is hot and humid over there.
