This is a dwarf hypericum, the flowers are much larger than the tiny leaves. I have it in a pot at the moment.

If I were you I would keep it in the pot as they do tend to spread out of control in the garden.

It's really not too bad but it does spread and needs digging out fairly regularly. At least, that is the case in my garden.
