They must seed very readily D1.They sprout everywhere.
even in between the cemented rocks .Tough little plants.
Attractive though.

Yes, they pop up in the driest, rockiest soils. It's amazing!
I've posted many photos of this plant in bloom from here in San Diego. They grow wild in many areas of Balboa Park.
