Wow thats a huge clump, beautiful,I have one with variegated leaves had it several years and still only 2 flower spikes, I'm quite jealous.

I planted two small ones of these about 6 weeks ago & though they haven't died off, they don't appear to be growing at all. I guess they must be very slow growing & it will be many years before mine look like your beautiful plant.
