Rose - Princess Alexandra of Kent

Rose - Princess Alexandra of Kent (Rosa 'Princess Alexandra of Kent')

Struggling as it's being swamped by Aconitum.

I have this one Scottish...isn't it lovely...not too tall. Or perhaps in this case it isn't tall enough!

Thanks Michaella!
Paul - it does doesn't it. I forgot I heeled this rose in here last autumn - it wasn't until the buds appeared from nowhere that I noticed it! I'm pleased with yet another 'accidental' combo!
It is lovely Karen - yes, not too tall. I originally bought it to grow in a large container - it struggled last year as there wasn't enough room I think. As I said above it was housed here temporarily but I intend to move the Aconitum when it's gone over so should get plenty room after that!

Isn't it lovely - I hope it wins the struggle.

So many of our roses have the same problem, in fact some of them all but disappear until I suddenly rediscover them.
