A Rose bud....another surprise.

Having not had any roses out for months, I was surprised to spot this bud near the top of the rose arch. I wonder if it will open fully, the nights are promising to be quite frosty in the next few nights.

No it's survives all the snowy weather and is still a bud.

Aww that's rather sad! Hope you have a bit of unseasonal sun to bring it out. I've got a surprising number of flws still out - including a large-flwd clematis! Keep warm. S.
