Meanie my plants are approx 1ft tall in the greenhouse , I decided today to put 3 plants out in the garden for a trial run before putting anymore out ( due to the weather ) do they cling to a trellis or fencing like a Clematis or do you have to support each part of them ?

They twine, so provide some canes for them to grow up.

Thanks Meanie ., I can't wait to see them in flower , did your seeds grow ?

Not yet Amy.........
Remember the Abutilon seeds that you sent me? I kept three plants for myself which are about 8 to 10cm high now. Anyway, one of them is covered in flower buds!!!
10 May, 2012
I'm pleased to hear the Abutilons are growing they are lovely plants ,I still have some in the greenhouse that have survived the winter without any heat, let me know if you would like me to attempt sending you some Blue bell climber plants in the post , they may well survive the journey they are good plants ...

I may well have to take you up on that offer!
