Apologies

Massive apologies friends, I have been so preoccupied this last couple of weeks with various activities that I haven’t been able to even turn my computer on let alone read all your wealth of knowledge and advice. Phew! Even now I am between “jobs” so trying to write this blog. I have retired and should have all the time in the world but with grandchildren wanting to come round to play and visits to friends and family I honestly don’t know where the last couple of weeks have gone. Every day I promise myself I will come on here and then somethin turns up and another day goes by.So very sorry but I will try (another pie crust soon to be broken!) later in the week to get round to talking gardens. I just have to say though how wonderful the rain was yesterday giving the plants a much needed shower. I know it rained all day but I bet the water didn’t penetrate very far just enough for the soil to ‘look’ damp. Most of my group of friends yesterday thought I was nuts saying how wonderful it was as we all struggled with our brollies on the way to lunch. That sounded so posh but I promise I am not. LOL I leave now to put out my washing but will try later to at least have a go at putting my ‘mug’ shot on so you can see who I am. Love to all Sue xx
