Strange Flowers in Wynberg Park

I’ve no idea what these flowers are called. I’m sorry about the blurred pictures, that’s not artistic intent, but if I had a better camera it would be bigger than my mobile and I just wouldn’t carry it with me.

I think so too Alice I once went to Tresco and saw them growing there but I think that they were red

They also come in Red Pam and can grow to about 4 ft.
